Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Sourcedragon LLC (“Sourcedragon,” “we,” “us”) for using this website, Artive, and Texts From Bro (together, “the products”). By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Who can use the products

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. To buy a subscription, you must be able to form a binding contract.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure — you're responsible for what happens on your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create and upload. We don't claim any rights in your work beyond what we need to run the products.

When you upload or send content, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process, display, and back it up — only as needed to operate the products for you, and to show it to other people where you've chosen to make it visible. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies in backups until they expire and anything we're legally required to keep.

You're responsible for what you upload. Only upload work you created or have the right to share.

The Artive vault

The vault keeps an unmodified copy of each original you upload, together with the time we received it. It is a dependable record of what you gave us and when.

It is not a copyright registration. We can't guarantee that any court, platform, or other party will accept it as proof of authorship in a particular dispute. If you need formal legal protection for a piece, consider registering it with the copyright office where you live.

Acceptable use

Don't use the products to:

• upload or send anything illegal — including any content that sexually exploits children, which we report to the authorities;
• upload work you don't have the right to share, or infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone;
• send spam, or try to make Texts From Bro message anyone who hasn't agreed to receive its texts;
• upload malware, or try to break, overload, or get around the security of the products;
• scrape, copy, or resell the products or other people's content.

We moderate content using both AI and human review, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Artive subscriptions

• Artive costs $8 a month or $88 a year. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method on file.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If you don't cancel before your trial ends, your paid subscription starts and you'll be charged.
• We may change prices. We'll tell you in advance, and a new price applies from your next renewal.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• Prices don't include taxes, which may be added where required.

Texts From Bro

Texts From Bro is an automated text messaging service. You text it to set reminders, and it texts you back at the times you ask for, in the voice of an AI persona called Bro.

Messaging terms

• By texting the Texts From Bro number or signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Texts From Bro at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies with the reminders you set.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@sourcedragon.dev.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Texts From Bro is available to mobile numbers in the United States.

What Bro is, and isn't

Bro's messages are written by AI. They're blunt on purpose, can occasionally be wrong or badly timed, and aren't professional advice of any kind — medical, fitness, financial, or otherwise.

Text messages can be delayed or fail to arrive. Don't rely on Texts From Bro for anything where a missed or late reminder could cause harm, such as taking medication, attending medical care, or anything safety-critical.

Plans may include limits on how much you can use Bro. Your current plan and its limits are shown in your account.

AI features

Both products use AI to moderate content, generate prompts, and write messages. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Use your own judgment, and tell us if something looks wrong.

Ending your use

You can stop using the products and close your account at any time. If you use Artive, download your originals from your vault first.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, that we're required to close by law, or that put other users or the products at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your content.

We may change or discontinue a product. If we discontinue a paid product, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.

Disclaimers

The products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sourcedragon won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.

Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

If you use the products in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sourcedragon LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll give notice by email or in the product before they take effect. If you keep using the products after that, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
