Sourcedragon LLC builds and operates its own software rather than taking client work. Two products are live today, both with paying customers.
What we build
Both products started from the same observation: software works best when it shows up where someone already is, instead of asking them to go somewhere new and stay there.
Artists already have work they care about protecting, so Artive puts the original file in a vault and hangs the piece in a real frame. Everyone already reads their texts, so Texts From Bro arrives as a text message from a contact rather than as a notification from an app. Neither one asks you to build a new habit. They attach to one you already have.
The company is small and intends to stay focused. We would rather run two products properly than launch six and maintain none of them.
How we work

AI where it earns its place
Claude reads every upload for moderation before anyone else sees it, writes the daily drawing prompts, and holds the conversation on the SMS side. It is doing work that would otherwise need a person watching a queue at three in the morning — not decorating a feature list.

Boring where it counts
Postgres, Stripe, and careful attention to failure. Access rules live in the database rather than in application code, so a mistake in one page cannot expose another person's work. Backups run nightly and off-site.

Live, not launching
Both products take real money from real people today. Neither is a waitlist, a demo, or a landing page collecting addresses for something that does not exist yet.

Built to still be here
Artive's entire promise is that a file will still be there years from now. That only means something if the company running it is still there too, so we keep the operating costs low enough that neither product needs to become something else to survive.
